Litigation is rarely the first choice, but when a dispute reaches that point, the quality of preparation in the first weeks often determines how it ends. We represent clients in civil and commercial disputes before Kenya's courts and tribunals, from the initial pleadings through trial, judgment, and, where necessary, appeal.

Our approach starts with an honest assessment of the merits and the likely cost and timeline of litigation, so clients can weigh that path against settlement or alternative dispute resolution before committing to it. Where arbitration or mediation offers a faster or more commercially sensible route, we advise on that basis rather than defaulting to court.

Where litigation is the right course, we prepare accordingly — building the evidentiary record, engaging the right experts, and pursuing enforcement once judgment is secured, since a judgment that cannot be enforced is rarely worth the paper it is written on.
